In his darkest hour, your support provided food and much-needed hope to Eric and his children.
For Eric, life was a secure routine. However, when he returned home one day, everything changed when his wife of 7 years left.
The weeks and months that followed were extremely challenging for Eric, as he now faced raising and providing for his children — ages 7 and 8 — all on his own. Their well-being was first and foremost in his mind, but he didn’t know how he would possibly be able to meet all their needs.
“You have to do what’s best for your kids,” Eric said.
For him, that meant turning to St. Mary’s Food Bank for assistance.
Eric is especially thankful for the fresh fruit his kids receive, and he is forever grateful to friends like you who help keep the doors open at St. Mary’s Food Bank.
