I have always supported the local food banks where I have lived. Prior to 2018, I would give smaller gifts throughout the year, usually in response to mailings I received. Then when I found out about the Arizona tax credits for donating to qualifying charitable organizations, I looked at the various charities we donated to throughout the year and chose St. Mary’s Food Bank as the one we wanted to increase our donation to and use for the AZ tax credit. I will continue to support St. Mary’s Food Bank in coming years, as well. You all do wonderful work feeding people. It is hard to do anything to improve your life when you are hungry or you are worrying about feeding your children. Keep up the good work!
